Fun Factor Essential #5 - HUMOR

Fun Factor Essential #5
Humor

"To laugh naturally and attract - and be attracted to - fun and funny things."

If you have this Fun Factor Essential, Humor, thank those with whom you grew up. Humor is almost an innate sense. It is conveyed very, very early on in a child’s life, and is nurtured throughout. Eventually, the sense of humor almost takes on a life if its own, as the “humorist” uses it as a lens though which to perceive their surroundings and how to deal with it, with whom they associate and the professions they go into. The Humor Essential is not something that creates a behavior of foolishness.  I find it interesting that most of those who scored high with the Humor Essential were rather introverted, and rarely the life of a party -- opposite of what we might expect.  Rather they simply act and think positively. The word I like to use to define them is “Buoyant.”

It’s an interesting experience to be around people who are inherently humorous. Their lives take on an almost calm tone.

It’s not surprising that the choices they make fuel a momentum toward other things positive or enjoyable.

The Humor Essential is strongly tied to Gratitude. Use this as a means to strengthen both.
